$125 (plus tax) Per Hour

Counselling is a huge step for everyone. I want to make this process as easy as possible. Whether you have done therapy before or not I will work with you to make sure that the methods and interventions I choose work best for you. I work with a wide array of mental health concerns but I do specialize more specifically with chronic illness/pain, LGBTQIA+, trauma/PTSD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, difficult life transitions, and personality disorders.
