What To Expect From Therapy

Currently Accepting New Clients!

My services are entirely virtual using a secure web-based platform for video sessions, and also by phone.

I do not currently offer in-person sessions.

It is important to remember that therapy is not a one size fits all or a quick fix: therapy is a process that requires collaboration, participation and is an investment from both the client and the counsellor.

Why choose virtual therapy?

Benefits:

Virtual therapy means convenience!

Whether you have a busy schedule, children to watch over, or an illness that makes it hard to get into an office, virtual therapy makes accessing mental health services that much easier. No need to worry about traffic, child-care, parking, or the cost of travel.  All you need is a laptop, phone, or a device.

Therapy is already stressful and a huge step, so why not choose a service that makes that even easier? Contact now for a free 15-minute consultation to find out if Shannon is the right fit for your therapy needs.
